This is a factory left side turbo from 2011-2012 F150 3.5 (or Expedition/Navigator). Borg Warner supplied these units to Ford and now they are offering them to the aftermarket so you don't need to go to the dealer for a replacement turbo and saves you some money. These are brand new turbos, not remanufactured.
