304 Stainless outlet flange and clamp for Tial V45V housings made for Garrett GT47-GT50, and Borg Warner S400 91mm and 96mm. If your housing measures 4.5" Outside Diameter, this is your kit. The flange was designed to have a 4" tube to be welded.
