304 Stainless outlet flange and clamp for Tial V45V housings made for Garrett GT42-GT45, and Borg Warner S400 83mm and 87mm. If your housing measures 4.5" Outside Diameter, and has a tapered outlet this is your kit. The flange was designed to have a 4" tube to be welded.
