Return Policy

Products sold by AGP Turbochargers, Inc. may fall under a Standard Return Policy, unless specified by the manufacturer of the product.  We want you to value our products and customer service and always do everything we can to satisfy your purchasing experience here.  We understand that things can happen and plans can change, so we offer 30 calendar days from the original invoice date to return unused, unopened, and resell-able products to our store. All return shipping or freight charges are paid for and arranged by the customer after an approved RMA number is issued by a representative at AGP. Electronic components such as sensors, wiring harnesses, programmers, gauges, electronic boost controllers are not returnable. Custom machined items like, but not limited to housings, wheel profiles, flange options may not be returnable.  Additionally, items that have been ceramic coated, polished, or powdercoated may not be eligible for return either.  We have additional costs involved with these services that we've paid our employees and/or vendors to custom tailor your items.  If these items are not common and do not sell often we would be stuck with something that we are unable to sell.  We hope you can understand our stance on this.

When you ship the items back to us, please package correctly and insure the items for replacement value in case they are lost or damaged in transit back to us.  We do this for you to insure that all shipments are protected.

When you return a product to us, you will have to pay a 20% restocking service fee.  We were charged a fee by our card processor, bank, PayPal, etc. when you placed your order. Additionally, you have to understand that we spent time processing your order, shipping your order, receiving your order back, and then time refunding you, and finally placing the products back into inventory.  We still have to pay our employees for this work, so you have to understand that we have to charge you something.  We try and keep these fees to a minimum and we want to be fair to you and in return, we ask that you be fair to us.

Once we have received your items back we will credit back the method of payment, minus the restocking fee and shipping charges.  Shipping charges are not refundable as we still paid UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL to ship the products. Sometimes credits can take as long as 10 business days to post back to your statement.
