Do you have a code for actuator malfunction on your 2019-up Ram Cummins 6.7 2500/3500? Chances are you're right around 100k miles and it's time for a fix. The dealer will likely try and sell you a $4000 turbo and charge 10 hours for the swap. We do have a solution and one that replaces all the components with new upgraded parts and a genuine Holset actuator, calibrated, ready to bolt right on your truck.
The center housing rotating assembly is comprised of all brand new components developed for performance and longevity through our 63mm billet compressor wheel and 64mm 10 blade turbine wheel. We recast the OEM end housings and CNC machine them to fit the larger wheels in a combination to support 650whp. These upgraded VGT turbos include newer HE300VG nozzle ring, arms, and genuine Holset actuator. The turbo comes complete with the actuator assembly, but you will reuse your turbine shaft speed sensor and your breather fitting in the inlet of the turbo.

Turbo will come with new oil drain gasket, turbine inlet gasket, and 4 upgraded bonded seal washers for your banjo bolts, oil feed o ring and speed sensor o ring, 1 new exhaust stud. With all turbo upgrades, tuning may be necessary. Because this turbo increases airflow and reduces drive pressure, your effectiveness of the exhaust brake function may be reduced. We have seen tunes that can increase and exceed factory exhaust braking function.
* $800 refundable core charge for your usable turbo will be charged at the time of checkout unless you send your turbo in ahead of time. The core charge will be refunded if you send your core back within 30 days of receiving your new turbo. AGP will determine if your core qualifies for full $500 refund. If your turbo has exploded wheels or shaft damage, or non genuine Holset actuator, your core refund may be less.
