Are you tired of replacing VGT turbos and actuators? Would you rather just go back to a simple style turbo? AGP has developed a turbine housing that allows you to R&R your VGT with Borg Warner's S300 SXE turbos. Cast from High Silicone Moly, the .81 A/R open volute turbine housing is the perfect balance of spoolup and reduced drive pressure. The housing is machined T4i and correct offsets so your exhaust elbow and downpipe align properly. We re-cast the 90 degree outlet compressor cover so your existing intake tube and intercooler hot pipe bolts right up. This will bolt in place of your VGT, but tuning may need to be required.
We offer the S300SXE turbos from 62-68 though 69-73, and every flavor in between.
Included 3 turbo studs, oil feed fitting adapter, turbine inlet gasket, and (2) M16 water plugs

6.7 Cummins Drop in Vgt replacement turbo
Easy install worked good on my 2008 Dodge with 6.7 Cummins Truck was already deleted with tune no additional tuning for me no engine lights or codes. Truck runs and sounds great

62/68 on a 4th gen
Turbo worked out very well for towing.
No issues aside from missing coolant plugs that they overnighted free of charge.
Install is an absolute pain in the rear but best procedure is to use a cutoff wheel for the old flange studs (keeps you from having to cut the engine loose or remove manifold to get the turbo out).
62/68mm runs out of breathe pretty quick but is very quick to spool and with some trans tuning it'll pull really well.
Average mpg remains nearly the same, maybe 1-2+ miles but nothing noticeable.
This set up with a factory air box is very quiet. There is nearly no audible whistle.
