BorgWarner Turbo Systems Aftermarket is pleased to announce the release of the AirWerks® SX-E super core assemblies for performance applications. These new part numbers are purpose engineered for both diesel and gasoline high performance applications.
We all know how awesome the S200SXE line is, however we all needed a turbo that would fit between the S257sxe and the S362sxe. AGP set out to develop an S362sxe compressor wheel and slap it in the S200 bearing housing and reprofile the cover. This is the answer, the in between for those needing to hit the 700hp mark.
S200 SX-E super cores contain the following exciting new features:
- Compressor cover integrated speed sensor port and pre-machined boost port
- Forged milled (billet) compressor wheels with extended tip technology
- Optimized compressor stage aerodynamics
- Interchangeable with existing turbine housings for upgradability
The BorgWarner super core assembly consists of the compressor cover attached to the cartridge, all cartridge to turbine housing mounting hardware, clamp plates, cap screws and mounting gaskets. Speed sensor and turbine outlet V-band are not included with turbo assemblies. Choose a turbine housing from our extensive list of factory housings as well as our custom cast performance housings.
Optional T51R Mod:

Optional T51R Mod is where we plug and then CNC machine the inlet of the compressor housing to amplify the turbo whine and whistle. Keep in mind this modification is done after the order is placed and typically ads a week or two before the order is shipped. However, sometimes it can take longer and maybe even up to 4 weeks. If you have ordered other finishing options like ceramic or polishing, it may add additional time on top of the typical 2-3 weeks before your order ships. Because of the labor intensive work and machine time needed, there can be delays beyond what we quote. We do take special care to every order to prepare for shipping and want to make sure you get the highest quality parts and service. We are confident that the quality you receive is worth the wait. - Borg Warner 3.5" Inlet 2" outlet compressor housing with port shroud map width enhancement, pre tapped for speed sensor and pressure port. (parts not included and will need to drill through)

-T3 Twin Scroll turbine housings available: .75, 1.00, 1.25 A/R with 3" V band outlet
-T4 Open Scroll turbine housings available .68, .81, .96 A/R with 3" V band outlet
-T4 Twin Scroll turbine housings available: .83, 1.00, 1.15, 1.22 A/R with 3.5 V band and 3" V band outlet options
The OEM Borg Warner S200 housings in divided T4 are quite unique. Even though they have a T4 Divided footprint, their volute size matches a T3 volute, which is significantly smaller in size and restricted in airflow over a T4 volute. AGP developed their own performance engineered housing for the S200 turbine that is a T4 divided footprint and has the proper T4 sized volute. AGP prides themselves on developing turbine housing options to fit the needs of today’s enthusiasts no matter their build. Plainly said, if you want a twin scroll T4, look no further than AGP’s .84 A/R or 1.00 A/R for the S200 sx, sxe, and sxr.
The bearing housings are not water-cooled and have a 1/4"NPT oil inlet. The oil drain is the standard T3-T4 with M8x1.25 threads. Lines and fittings are all available here. Flanges and gaskets are available here.

Great unit, full boost about 4600 in t3 open .82 AR on 2.5L and exhaust pressure was about 1.2:1 @ 38 psi.
