Product Description
Here is the fastest spooling, insane-power turbo upgrade for your Dodge Neon SRT-4. Everyone loved the ease of installation and tuning the "Big M's" Stage 3 turbo upgrade, however the power, availability, and upgrade-ability had always left a little on the table. Here is the answer to everyone's wishes, and of course from AGP Turbo. Since 2006, AGP has been developing, building, and testing new technology turbo combinations that flat-out blow the doors off the competition. This turbo is true bolt-on. No hacking or denting of the firewall is needed. No matter what your goals are, we have a turbo option that will fit your needs.
Ceramic coating and polishing are available to help dress the kit up. While the ceramic coating is definitely not needed, it does help reduce underhood temperatures. Please note that ceramic coating and polishing is done after the order is placed, so please allow extra time to get the parts coated/polished.
*Note that you will also need a 3" or 4" intake and an external blow off valve to install the turbo kit. 4-3" and 3.5-3" reducers are available for those who would like to use a turbo with a 4" inlet turbo or 3.5" inlet turbo with their 3" intake piping.
Also available with the turbo kit is our AGP Fuel Kit. The kit includes the Walbro 255lph fuel pump, Your choice of 1000cc plug and play injectors or the 1200cc Injectors, Diablosport Intune i3 programmer, a custom tune built by AGP, and the 3-bar MAP and TIP sensors. Once you have received your order (if you selected the fuel kit), you will need to pull your stock file from the handheld. This is performed in the menu on your handheld (Predator, Intune, Trinity). If you're having difficulties connecting your handheld, please search YouTube or contact Diablosport directly. We are unable to unlock, support, or provide technical assistance to your Diablosport handheld product. Your stock file will need to be emailed here.
For those using a turbo purchased elsewhere, we offer this kit without a turbo option as well. This will include every components except for the turbocharger itself.
Most turbo kits will ship out within 2-3 weeks of when they are ordered. Sometimes there can be extra delays caused by other vendors so keep that in mind when ordering.
AGP Turbos
*Note that all AGP turbos are Ball Bearing.
AGP 50 trim: This has been the standard that all street/pump gas turbos have been measured against for years. This is a great match for the 2.4L motor for maximum power with the stock rev limiter and the only "old technology" turbo worthy of being installed. Full boost should be right around 3100-3200rpm in a .48a/r turbine housing and 3500-3600rpm in a .63a/r. The difference being about 30-40whp less when peaked out on race gas for the .48a/r, but with the faster spool the .48 is nicer for pump gas street driving. Many cars over the years have pulled over 400whp on pump gas using this turbo. The maximum boost is around 30psi where we have been able to touch 500whp with the .63a/r. The turbo comes with a 4" inlet ported shroud compressor cover with a 2" outlet. Availble in .48 A/R or .63 A/R. This turbo AKA 5457CW
AGP 5157CW: This turbo completely outshines any stock turbo upgrade with the quickest spoolup you'll ever imagine and the ability to hit ~360whp max around 24psi. Expect 20psi around 2900rpm. The 5157CW is the solution to "part throttle boost" commonly associated with stock turbo upgrades, and the choice for those not wanting to purchase major fuel upgrades. For those coming from Mopar's Stage 2, this is the perfect upgrade for you. The is the turbo the car should have come with directly from Dodge. The turbo comes with a 4" inlet ported shroud compressor cover with a 2" outlet. This turbo has a .48 A/R turbine housing.
AGP 5657CW: In the .63 A/R turbine housing, the Delta 52 hits 20psi around 3500rpm where 400whp can been seen. This turbo will clear 500whp around 30psi and max boost around 34psi. This turbo has a 4" inlet and a 2" outlet. This turbo has a .63 A/R turbine housing. For those of your remember the old Delta 52, this is the D52 in new clothing.
AGP Z2-5457E: Our smallest offering featuring fully machined billet aluminum compressor wheel with flow capabilities past 55lbs/min. We build this turbo with a .63 A/R turbine housing and the turbo will support over 550whp. Expect full boost around 3200rpm and the ability to hit 500whp around 28psi with the turbo maxing boost around 35psi. If you like the AGP 50 trim, you'll love this 2nd Generation Zeta. Faster spoolup, and more power than the 50 trim, the Z2-5457E is the standard of pump gas, street car turbo. The compressor housing has a 4" inlet and a 2" outlet.
AGP Z2-5757E: Our medium offering featuring fully machined billet aluminum compressor wheel with flow capabilities past 65 lbs/min. We build this turbo with the .63 A/R turbine housing and the turbo will support past 600whp. With our ultra light weight billet compressor wheel, expect full boost around 3400rpm. The compressor housing has a 4" inlet and a 2" outlet.
AGP Z2-6262E or S: Our largest in-house offering with the standard 2" outlet "E" cover (to keep your stock charge pipe) that features a fully machined billet aluminum compressor wheel with flow capabilities past 70lbs/min. Or for those wanting to modify your charge pipe for full 2.5", choose our "S" cover. We build this turbo with the .63 A/R or .82 A/R turbine housing and the turbo will support past 750whp. With our ultra light weight billet compressor wheel, expect full boost around 3800rpm in the .63 and 4100rpm in the .82.
AGP Z3-6565S: The highest flowing offering by us to bolt into the Neon Kit, the 3nd Generation Zeta 6565 has proven 800whp. When you're building a car of this caliber, you don't ask when it spools or how much boost it makes at what RPM. This is big enough to pull your single digit timeslips, and still drive on it.
Borg Warner Turbos
*Note that All Borg Warner Turbos listed are Journal Bearing only.
S251sx - The first step into the Borg Warner turbos is into the 51mm Extended Tip compressor. This turbo is rated at 47lbs/min and will make just shy of 450whp maxed out at 29psi in the .48 A/R turbine housing. Expect full boost around 3000rpm and most people see 340-360whp at 20psi when properly tuned with the correct supporting mods. This turbo is a phenomenal choice for someone requiring super fast spoolup and more power than a stage 3.
S252sxe FMW - This is the latest release from BW and has the new designed aero Forged Milled Wheel (billet)with enough power to drive over 500whp. Expect spoolup just a hair above 3000 in the .48 and 3400 in the .63. This turbo has a 3.5" inlet so select the 3.5-3 reducer.
S256sx - The 56mm Extended Tip'd S200sx turbo is rated at 55lbs/min and will make around 510whp at 30psi in the .63 A/R turbine housing. Full boost can be seen around 3500rpm in the .63 A/R turbine housing. Compressor housing is 3" inlet and 2" outlet, non ported shroud.
S257sxe FMW - All new for 2015 is Borg Warner's new Forged Milled wheel with 65lb/min of airflow. Identical if not faster spoolup than the old S256-RS, and another 100whp on tap when maxed out. This truly is the next generation of technology from Borg Warner. This turbo aslo has the 3.5" inlet so choose the 3.5-3 reducer.
S261-SXE - The S261-SXE is a true monster tipping the scales at 70lbs/min and showing near 700whp capability with the .63 A/R housing and full boost below 4000rpm in the .63 A/R turbine housing. Compressor housing is 3.5" inlet and 2" outlet, ported shroud. To get the full potential of this turbo, we recommend the .82 A/R. For those remembering our old S261 RS, this is the replacement with today's aerodynamics.
Garrett GT Ball Bearing Turbos
GT3071R: You will see full boost around around 3100rpm in most conditions, and the turbo will support 425whp if you feel that you need to turn up the boost to 28. If you road race, autocross, or simply want the quickest spooling Garrett turbo setup that supports over 400whp, then the 3071R is for you. This turbo comes with a 4" inlet 2" outlet compressor housing. This turbo is built with a .63 A/R turbine housing.
GT3076R: The turbo has a 52lb/min 56 trim compressor wheel in a 4” inlet port shroud compressor housing to minimize the chance of compressor surge. The turbine wheel is the standard 84 trim GT30. Full boost should be right around 3400rpms with a .63 A/R turbine housing. The maximum boost is around 33psi where we have seen 520whp. This turbo comes with a 4" ported shroud inlet and 2" outlet compressor housing.
GT3582R: The GT3582R carries a larger GT35 turbine wheel to reduce a little more of that manifold backpressure. Full boost around 3700-3800 in the .63 A/R turbine housing, 4100-4200 in the .82 A/R turbine housing. This turbo will support 630whp at 40psi. We recommend the .82 A/R turbine housing. This turbo comes with a Ported Shroud 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet.
GTX3071R Gen 2: This turbo utilizes Garrett's forged, fully machined compressor wheel. Spool characteristics are very similar to the GT3071R (roughly 3100rpm for full boost), but this will support about another 50-60 more hp, maxing out to about 500hp. This turbo comes with a 4" inlet 2" outlet compressor housing, and is in a .63 A/R turbine housing.
GTX3076R Gen 2: Using Garrett's billet compressor wheel, the GTX3076R is capable of supporting just about 600hp. Just like the GT3076R, this turbo has a 4" inlet ported shroud compressor housing with a 2" outlet, and will see full boost around 3400rpm in the .63 A/R turbine housing.
GTX3582R Gen 2: This turbo takes Garrett's GT3582R and adds Garrett's redesigned billet compressor wheel. Full boost is still 3700-3800 rpm range in the .63 A/R housing, and in the 4100-4200 RPM range in the .82 A/R, and power potential is upped to about 730hp. We still recommend this turbo with the .82 A/R to get the most out of this turbo.

Modifications Needed to run an AGP kit:
-3" intake (some turbos will need a 4-3 intake reducer or 4-3.5, the turbo description states it)
-External Blow Off Valve Setup
-Fuel Upgrades
-3" exhaust
How to get big power? Want over 400whp? Then you need to properly set up the car and have the supporting mods needed to do this. Any of the turbos we sell can easily reach this number. A quality high flow exhaust is a must. A 2.5" exhaust such as the mopar system can be restrictive at higher boost/power levels. Same thing with intakes. As you make more power, the more the intake and exhaust will affect the output so make sure you have a good system. A quality 3" intake with a good high flow filter is essential. The difference between one intake and another can be as much as 50hp, which has been dyno proven. The difference between one exhaust can easily be 20-30hp. That is why getting quality parts the first time is important. Another important piece is the intercooler. Intercoolers can make a huge difference. While the SRT4 comes with a FMIC from the factory, it is not a very good unit. On a stock car we've seen 10-18whp on the dyno. On a larger turbo, we've seen 40-50hp increases. We've had customers go from running 111mph traps to 118mph traps with just the change from an Ebay intercooler to one of ours.
Options: If you want some added flavor to your AGP kit, we can polish the compressor housing and/or heatshield. We also offer ceramic coating to the manifold, turbine housing, o2 housing, and dump tube in either black or silver. For those wanting to quiet down the wastegate dump, we offer a weld-on or bolt-on reroute kit.
T51R Mod: If you need to hear your turbo at all time, we machine the compressor inlet to hear the turbo spooling much louder. This modification does not affect the turbo performance negatively or positively. But rather it increases the sound.
Kit Includes: AGP T3 manifold, Tial 38mm wastegate with 14psi spring or Precision 39mm wastegate, stainless steel dump tube, turbo of your choice (unless selected "None"), 3" stainless steel O2 housing, oil feed and drain lines, water line kit (if applicable), gaskets, nuts and bolts, turbo blanket, overflow bottle.

Delta 42 complete kit
It's been 10,000+ kms now since I've installed the delta 42 kit and I absolutely love it, so much fun. It is exactly what the car was missing, way better than the mopar stage 2. Bottom end power comes on smoother and the top end power is awesome. With the stock turbo the car felt like it was running out of breath and now it just keeps pulling. Extremely easy to install and the instructions are straight forward. Build quality is top-notch and customer service and the tuner is quick to reply and is extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and this kit to anyone who wants to give their Srt-4 neon what it wants and needs, more power. I am a very happy customer and proud to have the AGP brand on my car. Thanks so much.
